Shipping Policy
At XPPEN Pakistan – Maxtek International, we aim to process and deliver your XPPEN products safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.
Order Processing & Dispatch
We process and dispatch orders 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays; however, customers can still place orders through our website at any time.
Orders can also be placed or discussed with our team through call, text, or WhatsApp.
Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM may be included in the same day’s dispatch, subject to product availability and order confirmation.
Orders received after the cut-off time may be processed with the next available dispatch.
Delivery Time Across Pakistan
Estimated delivery times vary according to the destination:
Major Cities & Settled Areas:
Approximately 2–3 working days.
Remote & Interior Areas:
Delivery may take approximately 4–5 working days for locations such as interior Sindh, interior Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and other remote destinations.
These are estimated delivery times and may occasionally vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Confirmation & Updates
Customers may receive confirmation messages or calls when their order is:
- Confirmed
- Processed
- Dispatched
- Delivered
Please provide an active and correct phone number when placing your order to avoid unnecessary delivery delays.
Product Delivery
We recommend checking your order and product condition upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact XPPEN Pakistan – Maxtek International as soon as possible so our team can assist you according to our applicable Refund & Returns Policy.
7-Day Return & Replacement
Eligible purchases are covered by our 7-day return and replacement policy, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
